Update Chochocpop problem

Hello.
I bought Chochopop a few months ago and i just downloaded the update.
Oddly Apple made me pay again the game and I have now 2 times the same game (same name and same icon on my Iphone !!!
Have you an answer to my problem

We have a new iPhone Developer account for the company so we have to move ChocChocPop over to the new account. This problem could be due to the fact that when we moved ChocChocPop to the new account, we're given a new App idnumber for it. iTunes handle things with id number rather than names.

Have you bought iFighter? How about we give you a free copy of iFighter to compensate that?

If you really want, I think you can get a refund of the old ChocChocPop from iTunes. I heard that you can return the app/game you bought from iTunes in 6 months time. You can do so in your Purchase History.
