When you are the last man standing and you use the little stone powerup to create stones/dirt blocks to walk on, sometimes you can't change weapons/powerups after you have used all three of the stone blocks and its your "turn" again. You have to close the game and open it again to get access to the weapons/powerups button. See screenshot, no timer and no weapon/powerup button
