So frustrating! Got rejected because of a sensitive word: DEMO!!!
Posted on May 1st, 2009 98 commentsI’ve put the following line in the application description when submitting iFighter to Apple:
The demo version of iFighter has been downloaded more than 1.7 million times and here is the full version everyone is waiting for!
It got rejected this morning because, apparently, the word “demo” was not allowed in neither the description nor within the application itself. What?! This is so frustrating!
The line has been removed from the description and a new binary was uploaded again for approval. Now we all have to wait for a few more days. Errrrr…
Sorry about the delay. It was really unexpected

We’ve just submitted iFighter for approval!
Posted on April 27th, 2009 26 commentsIt’s 8:17 in the morning and we have been working from dusk till dawn. iFighter is finally done and we’ve just submitted it for approval. Time to celebrate!
The approval process usually takes about 5~7 days. And to show our appreciation to everyone, iFighter will be selling at an introductory price of $0.99 for a limited time!

What’s new in this update:
- 3 difficulty levels: easy, normal and hard.
- new Swipe control (enhanced version of the previous Touch control).
- new Joypad control.
- new combined loading+splash screen.
- new in-game UI arrangement.
- switched to using compressed texture for better performance.
- minor bug fixes. -

All the sleepless nights are well worthy!
Just a quick update: iFighter Lite v1.1 is still in review and the full version will be done in a few days!
